Fred has over 12 years of experience in deal transactions, management operations, and turnaround. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong and is a CPA and CESGA. Fred began his career at Deloitte Restructuring and later worked at Ocean Equity Partners, CITIC’s CLSA Capital Partners, and  Hywin International. He also served as Group General Manager at Gaia Group, focusing on business management and digital transformation. His expertise spans university technology spin-offs, Healthcare & Biotechnology, GreenTech, SaaS solutions, and more. Fred is an active panelist and mentor for universities and ecosystem partners.
