We are returning to the industry event FILMART 2025 held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 17 to 20 March, showcasing our innovative art tech projects powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and the University’s leading future cinematic education!

Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre
The HKBU Pavilion will showcase seven key research projects, including AI-driven tools for generating adaptive and expressive motivation, as well as safeguarding the intellectual property of digital creators. We will present an AI-generated music video, demonstrating the creative potential of AI in the arts.
For immersive experiences, visitor can engage with “VotR.AR”, an augmented reality interactive installation that invites them into Leonardo da Vinci’s famous painting, “Virgin of the Rocks.” Visitors can also explore with two virtual reality projects at “Creating New Universes with Virtual Reality”. They are inspired by the Polish writer Stanisław Lem’s novel Memoirs Found in a Bathtub and the folklore and food culture of Hong Kong and the UK, respectively.
